McDowell Intermediate School and High School "Walking for a Cause"

On May 26, 2010, McDowell Intermediate and High Schools in Erie, PA, held its 3rd Annual Walking for the Cause. They raised over $15,000 for both the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Cancer Society. Pictured here are some students, including Billy (third from the left), a former wish kid. Students were able to get their faces painted at the big event. Students start walking for the Make-A-Wish Foundation as they enjoy ice cream cones donated by Dairy Queen. Some students pose with the Chick-fil-A cow. Thank you to Chick-fil-A that donated chicken sandwiches for every walker! The Chick-fil-A cow got her exercise, too! She is seen her doing push-ups!
